Tour program
This route is a real journey through time. In one day you will get acquainted with the natural, architectural and spiritual treasures of southern Georgia.
We will start the day with Borjomi , a resort famous for its healing mineral water. In the central park you can try water straight from the source, walk along picturesque alleys and breathe in the clean air of the Borjomi Gorge.
Next is the medieval fortress of Rabat in Akhaltsikhe. This is a real cultural labyrinth: a mosque, a Christian church, a synagogue and a museum under one fortress wall. The history of the city reflects the multi-layered nature of Georgian culture.
The final point of the route is Vardzia , an ancient cave monastery carved into the rock. It amazes with its scale, secret passages and wall paintings from the time of Queen Tamar. This place not only impresses with its architecture, but also evokes a deep sense of connection with history.
This excursion is suitable for those who want to see Georgia outside the usual routes, visit little-known but incredibly beautiful places and spend a day filled with discoveries.
